Return Policy:
Southland Instruments Inc. has a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return it. You
must call us to obtain a return authorization number and once the
product is returned, as long as it arrives in the same new condition
along with all the packing material and accessories that it was
originally shipped with, you will receive a full refund LESS THE
ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING and Insurance where applicable. Customers
must pay their own return shipping fees.
* Exceptions .... in addition to our standard return policy a 20%
restocking fee will be applied for items over $1,250.00
Special orders are non-refundable.

You may order through the following methods:
- Online ordering with a secure encrypted SSL server site. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MC, and Amex
- Phone - you can call us Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST
to place your order. 1-800-862-0447. International customers can call
1-714-893-5997. If you call after hours you can leave a message, please
include your daytime phone number so we may return your call.
- FAX - you can fax your order to 714-893-3613.
- Purchase
Order - we accept purchase orders from established businesses. If you
have not been set up as a customer with Southland Instruments we will
need a copy of your credit and bank references. Our terms are NET 30.
Please fax your purchase order to 714-893-3613. If you are a school or
part of the US Government, we do not require a copy of your company's
credit references.
- Mail
- you can mail your order with a check made out to "Southland
Instruments Inc. " to the address listed below. Please remember to
include shipping. All checks must clear before any products will be
shipped.
- International
Orders - we ship internationally. All international orders require
payment by wire transfer. Please call or email us if you are an
international customer.
